Although it wasn't a big one when it comes to accumulation, we experienced our first snow here! It was beyond beautiful seeing the flakes falling. The flakes were unlike we had ever seen before! They were huge! We went to Starbucks then to Michales ( a craft store) and when we came out the snow was pouring down! We were super excited! There is snow and ice on the cars and some on the rooftops and grass but not much! None the less, we loved seeing it and look forward to our first big snow! The weather forcast for Saturday is a high of 28 and a low of 17. They are also giving snow and freezing drizzle! It's cold enough already!! I can't imagine it not getting over 28! Its a rare thing to even get down to 28 in Mississippi! This winter is definetly going to be a huge change for us! We look forward to seeing what it brings!
While we were out shopping, we bought some craft pumpkins we are going to carve tonight, as well as some Halloween decorations! Our first Halloween together we were on our Honeymoon, and of course last year Armando was deployed so we look forward to decorating together and hopefully have some kids Trick or Treat us! Some of our friends are coming over tonight and we are all gonna carve pumpkins together so that should be fun!
Armando has a 4 day this weekend, not sure what all we are gonna do, but I'm just excited to have him home for 4 days with me! Who knows, maybe we will build our first fire!!! That would be exciting!

I'm envious! You know we are super excited if we get 1 good snow per year here..and you're going to get 4-5 plus months of it!! (which you may get tired of?) Anyway...YAY! Snow! But snow + Halloween...weird? LOL Also..yay for Michaels! I hear good things about it on the blogs!
